Bookstore Brew is a family-owned online bookstore founded in south Mississippi. Started with the purpose of making reading available for all, without hurting the budget. Their mission is to give books a second life and make books accessible to the everyday reader.
THE CHALLENGE
Bookstore Brew is a local south Mississippi online used bookstore. With countless books available on their site, there's a little bit of everything for everyone. The original website was built with the Shopify platform. As Bookstore Brew's inventory and popularity grew, it was time for them to make the switch over to a dedicated e-commerce website to scale with their growing inventory and customer base.

OUR APPROACH
Our team’s collaboration with Bookstore Brew began with a few discovery calls. In these calls, we disussed their vision for the website and its primary functions. Bookstore Brew wanted an intuitive online shop where customers could browse through their selection of books and also feel involved in a community for readers. Upon establishing these goals, we set to work on designing wireframe designs and mockups. We utilized stock photos and media to create the finished site. As avid readers ourselves, we approached this design process as not only web designers, but as everyday readers.
THE RESULT
The final product – A fresh and imaginative online community for readers. Intuitive navigation allows book lovers to browse through an extensive selection of books on their desktop computers or mobile device. The site delivers a clean-cut, yet optimized online shopping experience. Not to mention, a stellar blog page for users to involve themselves in a community of like-minded book lovers. What an awesome site!
