MS Lifestyle Care
Mississippi adults can participate in the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) through the efforts of MS Lifestyle Care. MS Lifestyle Care helps Medicare Part B recipients enroll in the Medicare DPP benefit for a Lifestyle Coach to help them diet, exercise, reduce stress, lose weight, and learn other healthy lifestyle changes.
THE CHALLENGE
MS Lifestyle Care works to accomplish the National Diabetes Prevention Program's (National DPP) mission of helping prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. Medicare Part B recipients are eligible to receive the help of a Lifestyle Coach to learn healthy lifestyle changes. Participants enjoy the in-person company and support of friends within the program at local sessions in their communities.
The National DPP is a life-changing program for those affected by prediabetes. As such, it was important that potential participants of the program have a user-friendly yet informative landing page to enroll in the benefit of the MS Lifestyle Care program.
They needed JD Web Studio to design, build and publish this site to lead that mission.

OUR APPROACH
Our team’s collaboration with MS Lifestyle Care began with brand design to achieve a professional look with a striking color pallette and logo to embody a fresh and healthy appeal. It was made apparent at the very start that visitors of the website needed to be presented with a simple, accessible, and educational landing page. It was decided the focal point of the site should be a prominent call-to-action for users to check their eligibility to participate in the National DPP.
THE RESULT
The final product – A user-friendly and accessible site providing education regarding the benefits of the National DPP for Mississippi adults through the MS Lifestyle Care program. Their offer of a "Lifestyle Coach Free For a Year" is the focal point of the landing page followed by a prominent call-to-action for visitors to check their eligibility for the program. Visitors are presented with all the necessary information through helpful visuals, media, and action items.
