THE CHALLENGE
Maxem Health Urgent Care is a medical urgent care facility with 18 locations primarily along the Gulf Coast. Their existing website was clunky, difficult to navigate and had a poor mapping component that left their customers frustrated after visiting the site. This resulted in poor traffic and ultimately drove their customer base to one of many competing urgent care facilities.

OUR APPROACH
Maxem Health Urgent Care needed a much more user-friendly, customized website design to showcase their clinics — and to help visitors access wellness resources. Our goal was to combine a smooth exploration experience with enhanced mapping components to highlight their clinics, dedication to quality, and convenient Telehealth options.
Visitors need to be able to easily search for clinics, explore educational resources, and see local results to help them find the best and most convenient urgent care solution.

The strengthened user experience achieves its important goal: making it quick easy for visitors to find exactly what they need. Whether it's clinic location, health and wellness educational resources, or telehealth solutions the new site structure and capabilities facilitate an appealing hub for the community and have resulted in an increase in site traffic and clinic visits for Maxem Health Urgent Care.
